Messer seeking a refund and bill cancellation for medical bills incurred for the treatment of Junges medical condition. On appeal, Junge seems to be arguing that his case should not have been dismissed because he filed a demand for a jury trial in a timely manner and that the paperwork was lost or misplaced by a person or persons in the judicial system. Because the record, as it stands, supports the trial courts determination that no timely jury demand was made, and Junge has not submitted any proof that his jury demand was filed in a timely manner or that he paid the jury fee, the judgment is affirmed.
