Phillip H. Jung, the plaintiff in error, was found guilty by a jury of armed robbery and of concealing his identity, in violation of secs. 943.32 (1) (b) and (2), 946.62, and 939.05 (2) (b), Stats., and of attempted murder, in violation of secs. 940.01, 939.32, and 939.05 (2) (b), after pleading not guilty. The maximum sentence for the conviction of armed robbery while concealing identity is thirty-five years and for the conviction of attempted murder, thirty years. He was sentenced on January 19, 1965, to an indeterminate term of not more than thirty years on each conviction, the sentences to run consecutively.
